PLANNING

Contact Georgiann Crouchet, our Food Service Coordinator with the contact information below to discuss the preliminary food services needs for the retreat immediately after space is reserved.  Information requested: number of guests, first and last meal, and coffee break service times.  We request that attendees are contacted to convey special dietary needs such as vegan, vegetarian, or dietary allergies.

 

ESTIMATE

A written itemized estimate is sent by email. The estimate is included with reservation paperwork. After receiving reservation documents, complete documents and return upon receipt.  Reservations are officially confirmed after completed documents are returned to Pack Forest. Clients may request written quotes prior to making a reservation.

 

MEALS

Pack Forest offers a wide variety of menu entrees. Meals are served cafeteria style. Standard meal times are: Breakfast – 7 a.m.; Lunch – noon; Dinner – 6 p.m.  Typically meals are served for a one hour period. Exception: Groups of 20 or less have a 30 minute serving time.   Prompt arrival to the start of each meal is expected. Food quality is affected when arriving late to the meal.  Delay of longer than 15 minutes may result in an additional labor charge. During the summer months it is common that another conference retreat has also reserved the facility. During these times, we ask that menu entrees selected are similar or the same as the other group. Meal times are staggered in these circumstances. It is encouraged to select menu entrees 30 days prior to the retreat.
