Lodging

Pack Forest has overnight accommodations for up to 136 overnight guests. Cozy down comforters, impeccably clean facilities, and good meals will help to make your conference a success.

Apartments and Houses: The apartments and houses offer private or shared rooms. Each unit is equipped with a full bathroom, kitchen and living room. There are six apartments and five houses.

Cabins: Each of the ten historical cabins sleeps up to eight people. Restrooms and showers are conveniently located in a separate building across from the cabins.

Dorms: Five dorm rooms are located near our ballfield and volleyball court. Designed with students in mind, each room has two desks and four twin beds. Restrooms and showers are located at the end of the building.

Dining Hall Dorms: The dorms located above the dining hall are unique and quaint. Four rooms provide two bunk beds per room and one room features three bunk beds. Private showers and restrooms are located on the main floor of the Dining Hall.

Conferences, Retreats, & Training Sessions

The conference facilities feature six meeting rooms. Scott Hall seats a maximum of 200, has a high ceiling, abundant windows and a room divider. The Macbride building houses three modern meeting rooms and a computer lab. Macbride meeting room sizes vary from 10-75 guests. The computer has twenty networked computers. All meeting rooms have ethernet access, whiteboards and projection screens. Audio visual is provided at no charge.

Pack Hall, a magnificent log cabin structure, is primarily used as a social gathering place in the evenings. Pack Hall has a huge stone fireplace, hardwood floors, comfortable couches and chairs. Pack Hall can be reserved as a meeting room.

Meal & Break Service

Homemade meals and coffee break service are planned and prepared on site. Popular break service items include cinnamon rolls, cookies and ice cream socials. Enjoy a chicken, beef or salmon BBQ year round! Banquet and reception catering is available and can be served in our dining hall or outside in the covered pavilion. Vegetarian and vegan menu entrée requests are easily handled.
