Copies: $.08 per copy

Easel Paper Pad: $14.00 plain 27”x 34” 50 sheets/pad

Post It Easel Pad*: $20.00 plain 25”x 301/2” 30 sheets/pad

A/V NOTE: Blue rolled Post-it tape and markers are provided. Please leave
these items in classroom. Otherwise a fee will be added to final bill.

Data Projector: $50.00 per day

Ethernet /Wireless: $3.00 per connection / per day

Faxes: $ 3.50

Day Guests: Guests not staying overnight, but attending any specific conference are charged at $7.00 per person per day.

Towel Sets: Each overnight guest will be issued one towel set per stay.

Additional towel sets will be charged at $3.00 per set. Each towel set includes a bath towel, hand towel and a washcloth. .

Linens Sets: Additional linen sets are $6.00 each.

Custodial Initial meeting room set-up included. Room reset or cleaning fees may

Charges: be assessed at the rate of $25.00 per hour per custodian.

Lost keys: $25.00 per room key. $125.00 per academic key (coordinator key)

Water: Bottled water is available in Scott Hall classroom only at the rate of $10.00 per 5 gallon bottle which includes cups. Invoiced on consumption basis.

Sales Tax: 7.8% sales tax will be added to final invoice when applicable.

Food Service: Arranged through Food Coordinator. No outside food permitted.

Client's Responsibility:

Return the completed Client Agreement and Use of University Facilities form (if applicable)
within 5 days of receipt. Keep Pack Forest Conference office informed of significant changes in numbers. Verify meeting room setup, audio-visual equipment , arrival and departure time, and number of overnight and day guest no less than 2 weeks prior to arrival date. Meal/break service guarantee due two weeks prior to the event. Overnight housing guarantee is due one week prior to the event.

Client further agrees to have guests vacate overnight housing accommodations no later than 10 A.M. of departure date.

Client agrees to pay for damages if applicable.
